新發明 （雪耳+蘋果） 糖水

雪耳+蘋果=滋潤

發現了如果把蘋果和雪耳一起煲也不賴啊
首先雪耳用清水浸發開，在用清水洗乾淨
水滾了就把雪耳放進煲裏，火候可以調小
大概1個小時，雪耳開始軟了
就把切好的蘋果放進去煲
大概一個小時后，就加適量的冰糖（個人）

大概一個20分鐘后就可以喝了

冰糖味甘，補中益氣和胃潤肺之功能

蘋果有維他命C，也有促進淋巴系統功能
